- 2 tsps Apple syrup
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- 1 Tbsp Corn oil
- 1 Tbsp Walnut oil
- 1 sour Apple
- 4 fresh Plum
- ½ head Radicchio
- ½ head Batavia lettuce

Preparation steps

Rinse the lime with hot water. Peel the skin and cut in half. Squeeze the lime. Mix the lime juice, apple juice, salt, and pepper. Stir in the oils to taste. Cut the lime peel into very thin strips.

Rinse the apples and cut into quarters. Remove the seeds and cut into thin columns. Cut the plums in half and remove the pit. Tear the salad leaves and rinse. Spin dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Toss all the ingredients. Distribute onto plates and drizzle with the salad dressing. Serve sprinkled with lime zest.
