Fruity Salad with Steak Strips
Rinse the lettuce and shake dry. Rinse and quarter the pear, remove the seeds and cut into small slices. Rinse and halve the cherry tomatoes. Peel the onion and cut or slice into thin rings. Rinse the chile pepper and cut into thin rings.
Mix the lettuce, pear, tomatoes, onion and chile pepper with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
Sear the steak in a dry skillet for 3 minutes on each side. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Drizzle with some oil and cut into strips.
Arrange the steak strips on the salad and serve immediately.
