4 Steak (about 2 cm thick)
200 grams Snow peas
2 Bell pepper
200 grams Spinach
300 grams Spaghetti
4 Tbsps Cashews
4 Tbsps Peanuts
1 Tbsp Sesame seeds (toasted)
salt
olive oil
freshly ground peppers
balsamic vinegar

Preparation steps

Rinse snow peas and blanch in boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Drain and allow to cool. Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into thin strips. Rinse spinach and spin dry. Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and mix with 2 tablespoons oil and toasted sesame seeds. Season with salt and pepper.

Fry steaks in a pan (with no fat) on both sides for about 3 minutes. Then cut into wide strips and drizzle with a little olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix spinach with snow peas, bell peppers, peanuts and cashews and arrange on 4 plates. Whisk together 4 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons vinegar and salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle over the vegetables. Arrange salad on plates with spaghetti and steaks. Garnish with parsley leaves and serve.
