Ingredients

For the salad
2 Sirloin steak (each 300 grams)
1 Tbsp clarified butter
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 white onion
1 Cucumber
1 Red chili pepper
For the dressing
6 Tbsps lemon juice
6 Tbsps olive oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp Fish sauce (Asian)
1 tsp cane sugar
½ tsp ginger (freshly grated)
salt
freshly ground peppers
For garnish
cilantro
mint

Preparation steps

1.

For the salad, sear steaks in butter in a pan for about 3 minutes on each side. Then remove, season with salt and pepper and let cool.

Peel onion and cut into rings.

Rinse cucumber and cut into thin slices.

Rinse chili pepper, cut lengthwise, remove the seeds, remove the ribs and cut diagonally into thin rings.

For the dressing, combine all the ingredients and mix together. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Carve steaks crosswise into thin slices.

7.

Distribute cucumber slices on plates, arrange the steak with onion and chile pepper on top and garnish with cilantro leaves and mint. Drizzle with the dressing and serve immediately.
