- 2 onions
- 2 cups Cranberry
- 2 Tbsps Peanut oil
- ⅔ cup Red wine
- 1 cup canned Tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 cup Pistachio
- brown sugar
- salt
- cayenne pepper

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and coarsely chop the onions.
2.
Sort, rinse and drain the cranberries.
3.
Saute the onions in a little hot oil.
4.
Mix in the cranberries and tomatoes and pour in the red wine.
5.
Coarsely chop the pistachios and add them to the pan.
6.
Simmer the sauce, stirring occasionally, for approximately 30 minutes.
7.
Season to taste with the sugar, salt and cayenne pepper.
