1 l Vegetable broth
½ tsp ground ginger
1 slice fresh Pineapple
½ organic Orange
0.05 gram Coconut cream

1 Tbsp frozen Fresh herbs

Preparation steps

1.

Boil the lentils with the broth and the ginger powder. Cover and cook for about 45 minutes over low heat.

2.

Peel the shell of the pineapple and cut the inner flesh into small cubes. Thinly cut off the orange peel and finely chop. Squeeze out the juice.

3.

Add the pineapple pieces and the orange peel to the soup, followed by the orange juice and the coconut cream. Mix well and bring to a boil.

4.

Season the soup with a little salt and a hefty pinch of cayenne pepper.

Serve garnished with the herbs.
