Fruity Crab Salad
Cut the crab meat into cubes.
Peel the grapefruit and cut out the fillets. Collect the juice.
Rinse, trim and cut the green beans into 4 cm (approximately 1 1/2 inch) long pieces. Approximately cook for 8 minutes in boiling salted water. Rinse and drain well.
Cut the avocado cut in half and peel. Remove the pit and dice the flesh.
Mix everything together in a bowl and stir gently with the oils, grapefruit juice, balsamic vinegar and chopped chives. Season with salt and pepper and let marinate for about 15 minutes before serving.
