1 ⅔ cups green Papaya (flesh grated)
3 Bell pepper (red, yellow and green, finely sliced into strips)
1 green chili pepper (sliced)
2 ⅔ cups Crabmeat (shredded)
1 onion (finely diced)
1 clove garlic cloves (finely diced)
2 Tbsps Nut oil
2 Tbsps Rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsps soy sauce
1 Lime (juice)
brown sugar
To garnish
green chili peppers (chopped)
cilantro

Preparation steps

Put the papaya, peppers, chilli and crab meat in a large mixing bowl.

Fry the onion and garlic in hot oil in a frying pan until lightly golden brown. Take off the heat and deglaze with the vinegar, soy sauce and lime juice. Mix through the salad ingredients and leave to infuse for around 15 minutes.
3.
Before serving, season to taste with salt, a pinch of sugar and ground black pepper and arrange in small bowls. Garnish with chillies and coriander as desired.
