1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsps Baking powder
1 large egg
¾ cup Whole milk
1 Tbsp butter (melted)
sunflower oil (for cooking)

Preparation steps

1.
Sieve the flour and baking powder into a bowl and make a well in the centre.

Whisk together the egg and milk and stir in the butter. Gradually pour the egg mixture into the flour and whisk to a smooth batter.

Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of the batter per pancake. Cook each pancake for about 2 minutes each side. Remove and keep warm.

Serve the pancakes with the grapes and a drizzle of honey.
