- 1 Mango (about 400 grams)
- 1 small honeydew melon (about 700 grams)
- 2 Tbsps White rum
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 sprigs mint
- 1 Tbsp Shredded coconut

Preparation steps

Peel the mango and cut away from the core. Cut flesh into strips
2.
Halve the honeydew and ball the flesh of the melon with a melon baller. Transfer melon balls and mango slices to a bowl.
Whisk together the rum and honey. Rinse the mint and pay dry. Finely chop the leaves. Gently mix the honey-rum mixture and mint with the fruit and let sit.
To serve: Serve in bowls or on plates and sprinkle with grated coconut.
