Cherries are a lovely, summer fruit. They taste amazing and have so many health benefits, including they can help with sleep, aid in exercise recovery, improve arthritis, have anti-aging properties, and more! 

For a fun, unique way to serve this salad, try putting the fruits on skewers instead of just in a bowl.

1 Cantaloupe
18 ounces Watermelon
14 ounces Cherries
4 tablespoons honey
1 lemon (squeezed)
1 teaspoon chopped mint
mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the muskmelon in half, scrape out the seeds, peel the melon and cut the flesh into cubes. Also remove the seeds of watermelon, peel and cut into cubes. Pit the cherries and cut in half if necessary.

2.

Combine the fruit in a bowl. Mix the honey, lemon juice and chopped mint, and toss to coat the salad. Arrange the salad in bowl and serve garnished with mint.
