Preparation steps

1.

Cut the muskmelon in half, scrape out the seeds, peel the melon and cut the flesh into cubes. Also remove the seeds of watermelon, peel and cut into cubes. Pit the cherries and cut in half if necessary.

2.

Combine the fruit in a bowl. Mix the honey, lemon juice and chopped mint, and toss to coat the salad. Arrange the salad in bowl and serve garnished with mint.
