- 2 Endive
- 200 grams cream cheese (Lean)
- 1 honeydew melon
- 200 grams Strawberries
- 4 Tbsps Oats
Preparation steps

Rinse chicory, separate the leaves, spin dry and arrange on two plates in a star shape. Put a dollop of cream cheese on it. Halve the melon, remove the seeds, and use a melon baller to remove pieces of the fruit, leaving a small margin of rind around the edge. Peel and slice the kiwis. Rinse and cut the strawberries smaller if necessary. Fill the hollowed-out melon bowl with the melon balls, kiwi slices and strawberries.

Sprinkle oatmeal over the fruit.

Add cocoa powder with whipped cream as desired.
