The blueberries convince in a refreshing fruit salad with anthocyanins - these are plant dyes that protect the body cells from possible damage caused by free radicals. The tannins from the same berries can support the liver in its work.
This refreshing fruit salad can of course also be served in bowls. 2 tablespoons of yoghurt per serving provide additional muscle-building protein and bone-strengthening calcium.
