Preparation steps

1.

Peel the pineapple. Quarter lengthwise, cut out the stalk. Halve again lengthwise and cut into pieces.

2.

Peel the mango, cut the flesh into columns and dice. Peel the kiwis and cut into slices. Mix the prepared fruit in a bowl with the lime juice (and Grand Mariner, if desired). Allow to sit for 10 minutes.

3.

Garnish with mint leaves and serve in bowls, providing the honey to sweeten to individual taste.
