Preparation steps

1.

Rinse apples, peel, core, quarter and chop. Sprinkle immediately with lemon juice.

2.

Fillet orange by peeling with a sharp knife as an apple, remove all pith and cut sections along inner skin. Reserve juice.

3.

Rinse nectarines, remove pit, halve and chop.

4.

Cut watermelon, remove rind, remove seeds and cut into pieces.

5.

Rinse strawberries, core and cut in half.

6.

Rinse cherries and remove pits.

7.

Rinse blackberries.

8.

Mix honey with orange juice and lemon juice.

9.

Mix fruit together and stir in sauce.

10.

Serve in a bowl.
