- 1 pinch vanilla extract
- 60 grams sugar (to taste, more if desired)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 400 grams fresh Fruit (such as strawberries, Kiwi, grapes, etc.)
- mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Whip the heavy cream. Mix together the quark, sugar, vanilla extract and lemon juice and stir until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and distribute among dessert glasses.

Cover with rinsed and chopped fruit. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve garnished with mint.
