4 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
200 grams

Preparation steps

1.

For the ice rinse the apples, peel and finely chop. Drizzle with lemon juice and distribute a few pieces in each cube in ice molds. In a jug, dye lukewarm water green with syrup and pour over the apples. Freeze at least 4 hours.

2.

Pulp the melon in a blender. Mix with the grenadine and maybe a little water and pour into ice cube molds. Freeze for 4 hours.

3.

For the punch, infuse the teabag in about 400 ml. water for 5-8 minutes, then remove bag. Stir the two kinds of juice into the tea in a pitcher and sweeten with honey to taste. Leave in the refrigerator to cool for about 1 hour.

4.

For the sugar rim of the glasses, sprinkle the sugar on a plate. Pour the syrup in another plate and immerse the glasses to the rim. Rotate, turn and allow to become slightly tight, then dip in sugar. Rinse the strawberries, trim, cut into small cubes and add to the bowl. Pour tea over top. Loosen the colorful ice cubes from the molds and distribute some in the glasses, the others for serving punch.
