2 tsps black Tea
200 milliliters Orange juice
200 milliliters red Currant juice
1 Cinnamon stick
1 Cardamom
2 cloves
1 Tbsp honey (to taste)
1 splash lemon juice
4 Cinnamon stick (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the orange under hot water, then cut into slices. Divide the oranges in the the glasses, placing one on the rims as well. 

2.

Bring 400 ml (approximately 13 ounces) of water to a boil. Pour over the tea, and steep for 3-5 minutes.

Mix the orange juice, currant juice, cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves to a pot. Simmer for 10 minutes over low heat, but don't allow to come to a boil. Pass the tea through a fine strainer into the juice mixture, then season to taste with honey and lemon juice.

4.

Pour through a strainer into the glasses. Roll the currants in sugar. Garnish the glasses with the currants and cinnamon sticks, and serve.
