Preparation steps

Rinse the starfruits and cut into slices. Rinse the lemons, peel and cut into slices. Rinse the grapes.

Pour the fruit into the punch bowl. Bring the lemon juice, sugar and 500 ml (approximately 2 cups) of water to a boil. Slit the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Peel the ginger. Pour the vanilla seeds and ginger into the pot. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool.

Pour the wine and cooled syrup into the punch bowl. Mix well. Chill the punch and serve.
