Fruit Pudding with Peaches and Lemons
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (approximately 400 ° F). Grease a baking dish.
Rinse peaches, cut in half, remove seeds and cut halves into slices. Rinse the lemons in hot water, wipe dry and cut into thin slices. Alternate fruits in the baking dish, placing in a fan pattern. Juice the orange and mix with lemon liqueur and jam. Bake about 15 minutes. Remove, cool, cut and serve.
