For the fruit skewers
4 small Strawberries
2 Apricot
1 Apple
¼ honeydew melon
lemon juice
6 Skewers
For the lemon cream
250 grams Quark
Whipped cream (as needed)
2 tsps Vanilla sugar
1 lemon (zested)
sugar (to taste)
2 sprigs Lemon balm
For the semolina dessert
½ l milk
½ Cinnamon stick
40 grams Semolina flour
2 tsps Vanilla sugar
sugar (to taste)
200 grams Strawberries
Whipped cream (as needed)

Preparation steps

1.

For the fruit skewers: Rinse the fruit. Halve the apricots and pit. Peel, core and cut the apple into large chunks. Peel and slice the melon and remove the seeds. Toss the fruit with a little lemon juice and arrange on the skewers.

For the lemon cream: Beat the quark until smooth with a little cream. Add the vanilla sugar and lemon zest. Add sugar to taste. Distribute between serving glasses and garnish with lemon balm.

For the semolina pudding: Bring the milk to a boil with the cinnamon stick. Whisk in the semolina, bring back to a boil briefly, set aside and let cool. Add the vanilla sugar and granulated sugar to taste. 

4.

Rinse the strawberries, hull and cut into slices.

5.

Remove the cinnamon stick from the semolina and stir in a little cream. Distribute between serving bowls and top with strawberries.
