- 6 cups Peaches (approx. 6) peeled, pitted and sliced
- 1 Tbsp Tapioca starch
- 1 ¼ cups rolled oats
- 1 pinch salt
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 3 Tbsps vegan Margarine
- 1 Tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- To serve
- Soy cream
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Grease a large baking dish

Mix the peaches with the tapioca starch and place in the baking dish.
3.
Mix together the oats, salt, cinnamon and ground almonds until combined. Work in the margarine and maple syrup, using a fork, until crumbly.
4.
Sprinkle on top of the peaches and sprinkle with flaked almonds.
5.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm with soya cream.
