- 2 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 1 onion (finely diced)
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 Apple (peeled, cored and diced)
- 2 cups cooked ham (diced)
- ⅜ cup double cream
- 1 Tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
- 4 white Flour tortillas
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the grill to hot.
2.
In a large frying pan, heat the sunflower oil over a medium-high heat and saute the onion with some seasoning for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until they start to soften.
3.
Add the butter to the pan and the diced apple and continue to cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4.
Remove from the heat and stir in the ham, double cream and parsley.
5.
Lay the tortillas on a flat surface and spoon the mixture evenly in the centre of each one. Fold the bottom ends towards the centre of the tortillas and over the filling. Roll tightly into wraps.
6.
Transfer to the grill and toast on all sides for 1-2 minutes until golden and coloured.
7.
Remove and slice into portions before serving.
