- ⅞ cup Apple juice
- 4 Tortillas (approx. 24 cm ?)
- 6 Tbsps cream cheese
- 2 cups fresh, young Spinach
- 2 green Apple (diced)
- 1 ⅓ cups ham (sliced)

Preparation steps
1.
Soften the raisins in the apple juice.
2.
Warm the tortillas in a pan, spread with cream cheese and season with salt and ground black pepper.
3.
Arrange the spinach, apples, ham and raisins on top and roll up. Cut into portions approx. 3 cm long and arrange upright on a plate.
