Frozen Strawberry Yogurt Bites
Healthy, because
Even smarter
it uses fresh strawberries, which are rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, and fiber. Greek yogurt adds protein and probiotics for digestive health, while honey provides a natural sweetener with additional health benefits. The optional chocolate chips add a touch of indulgence with antioxidants, and the portion-controlled frozen bites make it a satisfying, nutrient-dense treat.
To make this recipe even healthier, you can reduce or eliminate the honey, as the strawberries already provide natural sweetness. Opt for unsweetened Greek yogurt to cut down on added sugars. For a boost of fiber and healthy fats, add chia seeds or ground flaxseed to the blend. Additionally, you can skip the mini chocolate chips or replace them with cacao nibs for a lower-sugar, antioxidant-rich alternative.
