½ cup Almond butter
¼ cup Shredded coconut
¼ cup Peanut (food group) (chopped)
¼ cup mini Chocolate chip

Preparation steps

1.

Wash apple, dry and and remove stem.

2.

Slice apple into thin rounds (about ¼” thick) and remove the core.

3.

Spread each slice with almond butter on one side and then top with coconut, nuts, and chips.

4.

Chill for about 10 minutes before serving.
