Preparation steps

Rinse and trim the zucchini and cut into 0.6 cm (approximately 1/4 inch) thick slices.

Whisk the egg in a bowl and season with salt.

Dust the zucchini slices with flour, dip in the egg and finally coat in the breadcrumbs. Press lightly to coat.

Fry the zucchini slices in a pan with hot oil in portions until golden brown, 1-2 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
