4 scoops Bocconcini
1 Beefsteak tomato
1 Tomato
4 Plum tomato
4 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Drain mozzarella. Cut into about 0.5 cm (approximately 1/5 inch) thick slices. Rinse large and small tomatoes. Remove stalk from a large tomato and slice.

Drizzle 4 large slices of beefsteak tomato with a little oil and vinegar. Season with a little salt and pepper and top with a large slice of mozzarella. Layer tomatoes and cheese in a diminishing size manner and drizzle each layer with vinegar and oil, season with salt and pepper. Finish with a small plum tomato and small mozzarella ball. Secure tomato and cheese towers with wooden skewers. Garnish with basil.

If desired, serve with ciabatta.
