16 large button Mushroom
8 slices air-dried ham (thinly sliced)
1 sprig rosemary
40 grams Herb butter
salt
freshly ground pepper
8 Wooden skewers

Preparation steps

1.

Clean the mushrooms, rub dry and remove the stems. Place a mushroom on a skewer, fold a slice of ham on top of the mushroom and place another mushroom on top of the ham. Use this method to make 8 skewers. 

2.

Melt the herb butter in a pan. Add the rosemary and the mushrooms. Brown the mushrooms on all sides, brushing them repeatedly with the melted butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
