800 grams mixed Mushrooms (Boletus, chanterelles, other wild mushrooms)
2 scallions
2 garlic cloves
4 Tbsps butter
salt (and pepper)
2 Tbsps chopped parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Trim mushrooms, trim thick stems and cut into slices. Rinse scallions, trim and cut in half or into thirds. Peel garlic and chop finely. Heat 1 tablespoon butter and sauté the mushrooms over high heat until the liquid has evaporated.

2.

Add scallions, garlic and remaining butter, mix together and sauté everything for another 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the parsley.
