- 600 grams button Mushroom
- 150 grams breadcrumbs
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsps freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp ground paprika (sweet)
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped thyme
- vegetable oil (for frying)

Preparation steps
1.
Trim mushrooms and stick on 12 wooden skewers.

Pour breadcrumbs into a deep plate and season with a little salt and pepper. Also beat 1 egg each on 3 deep plates. Whisk 1 egg with cheese, 1 with paprika and 1 with thyme.

Cover 1/3 of mushrooms skewers in each egg mixture and then cover each with breadcrumbs. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan. Fry each mushroom skewer for 4-5 minutes on all sides until golden brown. Drain on paper towel and serve if desired with herb butter.
