- 500 milliliters Frying oil
- salt
- 2 sprigs Basil
- 2 sprigs parsley
- ½ bunch Chives (about 15 grams)
- 250 grams Quark
- 350 grams Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Peel the beets (with disposable gloves, if desired) and slice thinly. Fry in hot cooking oil for 4 to 5 minutes, remove with a slotted spoon, drain well on paper towels, and season with salt.

Rinse the herbs, shake dry, pluck the leaves, and finely chop. Mix the quark with the yogurt, herbs, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a bowl and serve with the beet chips.
