- 1 large Rice paper (round)
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 2 Star fruit
- 8 mint
- 120 grams sugar
- 3 Tbsps butter
- Rice wine
- mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Cut rice paper with a sharp knife into 8 triangle segments and soak between two damp kitchen towels.

Peel banana, cut in half lengthwise and wrap each half with a mint leaf and a rice paper triangle. Melt butter in a pan and fry prepared bananas on both sides.
3.
In a pan, caramelize sugar with butter until golden yellow, deglaze the pan with a dash of wine. Cut star fruit into slices. Arrange caramel sauce on plates, place bananas on top and serve garnished with slices of carambola and mint leaves.
