1 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsps Safflower oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse spinach, trim and drain well. Peel orange (including white skin) and cut into slices. Arrange spinach and orange on the plates.

2.

Peel shallot and chop very finely. Mix shallot in a bowl with apple cider vinegar, honey and safflower oil and season with a little ground ginger and salt. To serve, drizzle dressing over spinach and oranges spinach and garnish with sesame seeds.
