This fruit salad is packed with vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C from the oranges, fiber from the apples and antioxidants from the grapes.
If you're pressed for time, simply serve this fruit salad in a normal bowl, garnished with some mint, instead of the melon bowl.

Cut the top third off the melon using a zig-zag motion. Hollow out the large part of the melon and chopp the fruit.
Mix together the orange juice and the honey and mix with the chopped fruit.
Transfer the fruit to the melon and serve garnished with mint.
