Preparation steps

1.

Combine the rolled oats, wheat flakes, millet flakes, raisins and chopped hazelnuts and mix well. Rinse the fruit. Cut the pear and strawberries into thin slices. 

2.

Zest the orange, mix the zest with the buttermilk and cut the orange into segments. Place the cereal in a serving bowl, top with the fresh fruit and buttermilk. Add sugar to taste.
