- 1 salad Cress
- 1 large, red Bell pepper (diced)
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 11 ozs boneless, skinless turkey breasts (cut into small cubes)

- 8 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- To garnish
- Arugula

1 Skillet, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Peeler
Preparation steps
1.
Halve the melons and remove the seeds. Hollow out the melons with a spoon, scooping the flesh into a bowl.
2.
Mix the melon flesh with the cress and diced pepper.
3.
Heat the butter in a frying pan and cook the turkey cubes until golden. Remove and drain on kitchen paper. Set aside to cool.
4.
Stir the turkey into the melon mixture and season to taste with salt and pepper.
5.
Whisk together the vinegar and olive oil.
6.
Spoon the melon mixutre into the hollowed out melon shells. Drizzle with the dressing and garnish with rocket.
