100 grams fresh shredded Oats
400 grams Natural yogurt
2 Tbsps Whipped cream (at least 30% fat content)
2 Tbsps liquid honey
4 ripe Nectarine
150 grams ripe Sweet cherry
8 fresh ripe Strawberries
200 grams fresh ripe Currants
2 Tbsps hulled Sunflower seed

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the wheat and oats in a bowl with 200 ml water and leave covered to soak overnight in the refrigerator. Mix the yogurt with the cream and honey, stir into the mixture of cereals and pour in small bowl. Rinse the fruit. Quarter the nectarines, remove seeds and cut into wedges.

2.

Pit the cherries, brush the strawberries and cut into quarters and remove the currants from the stem. Arrange the fruit on the cereal and serve sprinkled with sunflower seeds.
