1 bunch mixed Fresh herbs (such as thyme, sage, rosemary and oregano)

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Rinse potatoes thoroughly and cut in half lengthwise. Peel onions and cut into thin strips. Peel garlic and chop finely. Rinse and shake dry herbs, pluck off leaves and chop larger ones.
