- 1 pkg pizza dough mix
- Pastry flour
- 100 grams black, pitted Olives
- 1 bunch parsley
- 3 tsps fried onions
- 6 tsps olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Prepare the pizza dough according to the package instructions and let it rest. Divide the dough into 6 portions and shape into flat, round cakes. Place them on baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the breads with a little flour. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for 18-20 minutes.

Chop the olives. Rinse the parsley, shake dry and chop coarsely. Crumble the onions finely.

While the flatbreads are still hot, prick them with a fork several times and drizzle with olive oil. Serve garnished with the olives, parsley and onions.
