- 16 ounces lowfat Buttermilk
- 7 ounces Liquid whey
- 3 tablespoons Currants
- 4 ounces Raspberries
- 1 ½ ounces Strawberries
- 3 tablespoons Blueberries
- sugar (or sweetener to taste)
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the fruit, trim, and add to a blender. Add in the whey and a little sugar. Blend until smooth.
2.
Stir in buttermilk and add sugar to taste. Pour into jars. Stir in some granola or brittle as desired and serve well chilled.
