500 milliliters milk
2 Tbsps sugar
4 Tbsps Semolina
500 grams mixed Berry (to taste)

Preparation steps

1.

Add the sugar to the milk in a pot and gently stir with a whisk. Add the semolina and bring to a brief boil, then remove the pot from the heat.  

2.

Reduce the heat and put the pot back on the stove. Simmer while stirring for 2-3 minutes. Stir in 4 cups of water to the semolina and let cool. Serve with berries and sprinkle with sugar.
