1 can Corn
4 Tbsps Barley
200 Salami
1 onion (finely diced)
5 milliliters sunflower oil
2 Tbsps White vinegar
2 Tbsps chopped parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Cook barley with plenty of water until tender, remove and drain in a sieve. Cut lids from the tomatoes and scoop out the pulp.

2.

Sauté onion in oil. Mix in barley and corn and deglaze with vinegar. Bring to boil and season with salt and pepper. Mix in chopped parsley and chopped salami pieces and fill the tomatoes with warm salad.
