8 shrimp (without heads, shelled and deveined)
1 green chili pepper (cored, cut into thin rings)
100 grams soybean sprout
1 Tomato (blanched, halved, seeded and cut into pieces)
1 slice fresh Pineapple (peeled, cut into pieces)
1 tsp soybean oil
4 Tbsps Fish sauce
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Boil 300 ml (approximately 10 ounces) of water in a pot with fish sauce, add shrimp, sprouts, tomato, pineapple and chile pepper rings.

Simmer for approximately 5 minutes and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Serve in soup bowls or deep plates.
