1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Serrated knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Mandoline, 1 Whisk, 1 Brush, 1 Salad spinner

Preparation steps

1.
Put the pomegranate juice, sugar and lemon juice into a large pan.
2.
Heat gently until the sugar has dissolved completely, then increase the heat and bring to a boil.
3.
Remove from the heat and stir in the pectin. Bring to a boil, and boil for 30 seconds. Remove from the heat and skim off any scum.
4.
Pour into hot, sterilised jars. Cover, seal and label.
