300 grams Emmentaler cheese (sliced)
20 Cherry tomatoes
1 shallot
2 Tbsps parsley (finely chopped)
50 grams Mayonnaise
150 grams Whipped cream
1 Tbsp Mustard
2 tsps White vinegar
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the emmentaler into 1.5 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) cubes.

Rinse and quarter the cherry tomatoes. Peel and finely chop the shallots.

3.

Mix the mayonnaise with the cream, mustard, and vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix in the shallot and parsley.

4.

Divide the cheese onto plates, and top with the tomatoes. Garnish with the dressing, and serve.
