Preparation steps

1.

Cut the Emmentaler into 24 equal-sized cubes.

Rinse the lettuce and tear to the same size as the cheese cubes. Cut the bread into 8 cubes of equal size. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into cubes.

Alternately thread 1 lettuce leaf and 3 cheese cubes on wooden skewers. Top with 1 piece of tomato. If desired, thread the ingredients onto Swiss flags.
