1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps butter
1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
freshly grated Nutmeg

8 eggs
100 grams Crème fraiche
freshly ground peppers
80 grams grated Cheese (such as Emmentaler)
parsley (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350ºF) and grease 4 serving ramekins with butter.

Rinse the leek, cut in half lengthwise and then cut into fine strips. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Sauté both in some butter for 1-2 minutes until translucent. Add the parsley and season with nutmeg and a little salt. Pour the mixture into the ramekins.

Whisk the eggs with the crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper. Pour into the ramekins and shower the cheese over the top.

Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.

Serve garnished with parsley.
