- 7 ozs Soy milk
- 1 pinch Instant vegetable broth
- peppers
- 3 tsps Mustard
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 7 ozs Canola oil
- 1 tsp Almond flour
Kitchen utensils
Preparation steps
Place the soy drink, vegetable stock, pepper, mustard and lemon juice in a blender jug. Mix the ingredients well, then gradually drizzle in the oil.
Add almond flour until the mixture thickens. Store unused portion in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
