- 3.333 cups gilt-head bream (skinned, ready to cook, cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tomatoes (peeled and diced)
- 1 Red onion (1 quarter sliced, rest diced)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- parsley (to garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Mix together the fish, garlic and the lemon juice. Leave to marinate for around 30 min.

Stir in the tomatoes, diced onion and the oil, season with salt and ground black pepper and serve garnished with the sliced onion and the parsley.
