- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 lemons (juiced)
- ½ small, red chili pepper (seeded and finely diced)
- 1 Tbsp Chives (chopped)
- 1 cup skinless Cod (finely diced)
- 1 cup Tuna (finely diced)
- 1 cup skinless sea bream fillet (finely diced)
- salt
- peppers
- 2 cups purslane leaf to garnish (use watercress if not available)

Preparation steps
1.
Whisk together the lemon juice and olive oil in a small mixing bowl.
2.
Place the diced fish in a large mixing bowl and pour over the dressing, chives and diced red chilli.
3.
Toss well to combine, season to taste, then cover and chill for 20 minutes.
4.
When ready to serve, spoon into serving glasses. Place on serving plates and garnish with purslane leaves.
